When I try to add tickets to my wallet on my updated iPhone SE, I get a wallet error that says "Ticketmaster requires Touch ID for enhanced security." How do I get around using Touch ID. I do not want to use my fingerprint. I purchased the ticket but need to get it into my wallet.

Those are requirements of the issuer and Apple has no way to bypass the requirement of using Touch ID. You’re welcome to contact the Ticketmaster support team and ask if they know of a way to bypass their requirement.
Biometrics is a requirement of many issuers of loyalty cards, tickets and passes. Financial institutions such as banks also have strict requirements. Sorry.
