I’d bought my phone at the 21st December 2024. I noticed that after two months my phone screen appeared a rainbow shimmer its length about 0.6cm. Can I have a chance to change with a new one? Could it harm the display and touch later?

No you won’t be able to receive a replacement device, since this is cosmic issue, and Apple doesn’t replace iPhones for that.
I thought all iPhones have a rainbow shimmer? That’s just how the screen looks I thought. I could be wrong though.

Yes Apple does not cover “cosmic “ issues, since the entire universe is outside their scope.
They also don’t cover cosmetic issues.
