How to reactivate inactive email accounts on iPhone 15?

I have changed my passwords due to the breach and now I can only get one email address on my phone. I can load the email address on my phone but they say it is inactive, how to I get them active.

Delete the accounts, then add them back on to your phone with the new passwords.

You can try to update the password within the email account, but many people have complained it doesn't always work.
