Fake iCloud message after a robbery??

Hi! My friend’s iPhone got robbed and I called to try to negotiate a recovery.

I told the robbers that the phone was mine and in a few minutes later I received a Text message (sms) from iCloud saying that there’s multiple people trying to sign in into my account, I clicked the link, it opened a page mirroring iOS ”enter code” page, saying “please enter (friends name) passcode to access account” (although my number is obviously not connected to her account)

Translation:

Security Alert,

Your iPhone in Lost Mode has received multiple attempts with an incorrect password and a photo has been captured. See details:
