I have a 2021 Macbook Pro valued at $760 trade in. It was given to me as a Christmas gift a few years ago so it was not purchased on my account.
Can I trade this in towards my Apple Card balance? I have an iPhone and an iPad on installments but I do not need anything new.

Likely course of action would be to re-sell the MacBook to private buyer
and have it ready ahead of time through use of Support instructions.
Also resellers with retail business with Apple may offer better trades
in person; if you don't like their offer, just walk away.

The direct answer to your question is no. You cannot trade in an Apple product and use the gift card to pay down your statement balance on your Apple Card Mastercard. Sorry.
