How do I recover my permanently deleted photos on iPhone?

Go ahead and answer the question that I and others asked: Do you have iCloud Backup turned on, and do you have iCloud Photos turned on? Do you maintain a backup on an external drive? And it's best to try not to use "Bro" when you ask people you don't know to volunteer their help.

What sort of backup do you have? Maybe we can help you use it. One sort of backup that people use is the iCloud Backup that you set up by turn on Settings>Apple ID>iCloud Backup.

If you don't use iCloud Photos, but you have Settings>Apple ID>iCloud Backup turned on, then you may be able to recover data from the last 30 days or so at iCloud.com, but you would need to look at the date of the backup to be sure it's from before you lost the images. You should look here:

This requires you to erase everything on your phone and replace it with the backup.

The Recently Deleted album was your safety net. When you want into that album, and deleted your videos again, you cut that safety net. The fact that it has not been a month is irrelevant. Things in the Recently Deleted album become permanently deleted after 30 days, or when you delete them from that album, whichever comes first.

Unless you have a back up somewhere else, you can't.

Then recover the material from that.

If you have a backup, Backup from it, If you don't, then your photos cannot be recovered.
