Reverso app for Mac: Is it trustworthy?

I usually use the web site for checking my grammar mistakes. But... Safari keeps failing the tab it is in. I usually have to reenter the URL in order to revive the dead tab. It does happen with other websites as well from time to time. If anyone knows how to prevent it from happening, let me know. AppleCare sure doesn't.

Anyhow, reverse proposes a Mac app to use instead of the online page. I do not see it in the App Store. Can I trust their app on my Mac?
