I signed up using the promotion link on Instagram explaining that now until June 12 the promotion is still active for the spend 150 and get 150 cash back. I signed up for the card through the link on June 9 and met the requirements but have not received anything which feels like deception.

The current promotion for the Apple Card is available here and can only be redeemed on the Apple website, offer seen in the Wallet app of your phone, or an email that was sent only to you. A person posting their personalized link for redemption on Instagram is only valid for them.

The most recent promotion that I can find is spend $150+ with Nike get $150 cash back. Promo is available only to new cardholders within 30 days of account opening. I suspect any cash back may not appear until the next billing cycle. You would need to review the terms.
