How can I unlock my MacBook Air without losing data?

Hello! I have macbook air, bought this february,

i’m stuck on this page, I know my password but my account is know locked and I have nothing else I can do do. Do anyone know how to fix this, I don’t want to erase my data, thanks in advance ;)

If you can boot your computer up in recovery mode and enter recovery mode without a password, you could potentially be able to open Disk Utility and plug in a flash drive. Bear in mind this method may produce errors that shouldn't affect your computer. You can erase the flash drive and click the restore button and select a volume in the Macintosh HD volumes shown in the dropdown selection, and confirm.

Hi,

To unlock your MacBook Air without losing data, the most reliable method is to reset your password using your Apple ID. This can be done by entering an incorrect password three times at the login screen, which will trigger an option to reset your password using your Apple ID. You can also try using a recovery key if you previously enabled FileVault.
