How can I cancel or update my Apple Watch order if I missed the delivery?

I had placed an order for an apple watch, to be delivered in Taiwan. But it was not delivered in time because of some address issue. I am now not in the Taiwan, and unable to receive the delivery team's calls. How do I cancel my order or change the address and contact details in the order.

Apple doesn't participate in the Apple Support Communities. -

No one here can help with this problem because we don't have access to your account details. To resolve the issue, speak to the retail vendor where you ordered the watch.
