Help Needed to Recover Deleted Files from iCloud

Hi, I accidentally deleted files from my Desktop, which are synced with iCloud. The files were also deleted from iCloud, and I can't find them in the "Recently Deleted" folder. I don’t have a backup of the files. Is there any way to recover them? Any help would be appreciated!
