Hey guys, I just got the iPhone 16 Pro and it won’t let me pair my watch series 6 to the iPhone. It says that it needs to be iOS 18 or later, but the watch only goes up to 11 but online it says that it can pair with a Apple Watch 4 which doesn’t make any sense why is it not pairing and I’ve already tried to unpair it and repair it with my old phone to make sure no updates need to be made and nothing fully up-to-date. What do I do?

Is your iphone 16 not on ios 18? If not then update it. Apple Watch and iPhone compatibility - Apple Support
