Photos app not adding new faces to People & Pets album

A few weeks ago, i added quite a few pictures from a family weeding. Some i took, and some i saved from text messages. While photos have identified that there are faces in the pics, they stay "unnamed". Photos is not identifying my family members and friends that are in the photos, and have other pics in the People and Pets Album. I have a Mac Air, running Sequoia 15.5. I've let photos run in the backgroud, i've reboot the machine, i've manually identified a few, but nothing seems to work.
