Hello if there are two individual MacBooks is there a method to share an application widow or screen on one MacBook to the other MacBook with any kind of cable? This needs to work with the original M1 MacBook being the min specs.

I don't believe that any of the Apple Sllicon Mac notebooks have built-in Ethernet ports, but one could probably add Ethernet with the aid of an external USB-to-Ethernet adapter, or of a hub/dock that has an Ethernet port.
Apple previously offered the Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet adapter in the Apple store for just under US$30.
Now they offer the Belkin ThunderBolt-3 to 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet adapter for about the same price.
While it is called Gigabit or 2.5 Gigabit, it will auto-speed down to match slower speeds of your other equipment.
I have the older Model and it has been completely trouble-free.

I screenshare between Macs that are all on my wired ethernet network. WiFi is not involved or required.
