Mac Mail not allowing emails from go daddy domains (or exchange domains)

Mail (exchange go daddy account) is not receiving emails from people who have their emails setup with GoDaddy (could be others, but that's what I've been able to pin point). I'm able to receive these emails on my iPhone, but not on my MacBook Pro nor my iMac. I can receive emails from other accounts like iCloud or Gmail. I have no rules set up in Mail. The emails show up for a second on my iPhone, but then disappear and are not in trash or any other folder. I've escalated this with Go Daddy and we have both determined that it has something to do with Mac Mail. If I delete the account from Mac Mail, I can then receive emails to my Exchange account on my iPhone or via Outlook online. Once I add the account back to Mac Mail on either of my Macs, the emails will not come through and are essentially lost forever (or never delivered). Any help would be so greatly appreciated.
