How do I prevent duplicate playists during sync

Each time I sync Mac with iPhone or iCloud, many created-on-Mac playlist duplicate.

How do i avoid this?
Is there a "batch" method to remove duplicates?

iCloud Status "Duplicate" that is not a duplicate. Greetings everyone. I am using Apple Music and syncing across my devices. As I move songs into a playlist, it says the song is a duplicate and if I put it in the playlist, the whole playlist will not be available across my devices. I have searched for the duplicates to try to eliminate them. I eliminated many, but it still says the song is a duplicate even though it isn't. I want to be able to force a song into my iCloud library even if Apple thinks its a duplicate, which it often isn't. Sometimes I want to keep duplicates and upload them because there is a slight variation and I want the one I want in the playlist. Any ideas how to overcome this? I have already tried all of the obvious things like pressing on update iCloud library, unsyncing my library and then re-syncing my library and signing out of my iCloud account and signing back in. Nothing seems to make a difference, songs that are clearly not duplicates still show as duplicates and will not upload. If I right click on the song and click on add to library, it says "waiting." That never changes. Thanks for your time!
