How do I view the Apple Mail To Do folder on my Mac?

I am no longer able to view the Apple Mail To Do folder on my Mac's Mail App. It is still present on my iPhone's Mail app but not on any of my Macs running Sequoia or Ventura. The funny thing is I can search for a message on my Mac's Mail app and it will show up and it will say it is in the Apple Mail To Do folder as a location but the folder doesn't show up in the list of Mail folders (Mailboxes). Does anyone know of a way I can make this invisible mailbox on my Mac show up again?
