Quicktime scrub or skip not working with mouse wheel or trackpad in macOS Sequoia 15.5

Whether it's with my mouse wheel, or two finger swipe on the trackpad, I can't 'scrub' or 'skip' (those are the action words define by Apple for the action attached to scrolling or swiping..) on quicktime. And let me assure you that click and holding that tiny cursor is NOT how I like to use Quicktime. Anybody suffers from this, any fix?

Quicklook video issue- with trackpad Macbook Pro 16" (2019) with MacOS Ventura. I must be crazy since I googled the issue and could not find one that is similar to my issue. Before updating the MacOS Ventura, when I pressed the spacebar on any video files to "QuickLook" I was able to speed the video forward/backward with the trackpad (two fingers slide either right or left). Now with the current MacOS, I could not do it. It works if I use the two fingers and quickly "tap-slide" but not manually control the speed like before. I noticed "live text" on the lower right corner of the QuickLook which I thought is the cause of it so I disabled it. No change.

3 finger drag delay I'm using a trackpad on the Mac studio. I use audio software and generally like to work quickly. Moving/adjusting audio/midi with dragging is a constant action. I enabled 3 finger drag as I much prefer that to having to "click in" and drag. But there is about a half second delay between the release of your fingers and when the cursor actually "lets go." I believe this is likely intentional, in case you "run out of trackpad" you can have time to reposition and engage again without the drop happening where you don't want, but I actually never have to do that. But I do drop and then move constantly, and with this delay, it either slows me down considerably or I screw up and forget and a clip/note is adjusted incorrectly. Is there any way (including terminal functions) to change or even better, remove this delay? I don't need it personally.

Quicktime scrubbing A few months ago (and for years before this) I was able to scrub on Quicktime by using two fingers (moving left to right) on my touchpad. It would seamlessly scrub back and forth on any video that was playing. I could scrub with pin point accuracy while playing. Now I have to pause the video to do the same thing. When I try to scrub now while the video is playing, it pauses, then goes into fast forward mode. Has a setting been changed? Has this feature been removed? Did Apple say why there is a change? Why would they ruin something so seem-less? I don't think this is a bug. I need to know if this feature has been removed.
