It appears to be a memory related error. I cannot read the picture for more information because it is sideways. FYI, you can easily rotate pictures on an iPhone/iPad using the information in the following Apple article (I assume Android devices have a similar option):
Crop, rotate, flip, or straighten photos and videos on iPhone - Apple Support
Run the third party app EtreCheck and post the full report here so we can examine it for possible clues....plus it will provide us with the exact model of your Mac which is very important to know.

Thanks for rotating the picture. Unfortunately I still cannot say if this is hardware or software even with being able to read it. Please run & post the full EtreCheck report.
You can also try creating & running a bootable Memtest86 USB stick for a longer more thorough memory test than provided with the Apple Diagnostic.
Edit: And please do not post your system serial number since it is considered personal information. I have asked the moderators to edit the photo to obscure the system serial number.
I don't really see any third party software that would be a known problem, but I'm also not a macOS software expert. The only software that I might question is the VTech software, but it is probably Ok....I've just never seen it in any other EtreCheck reports.
I suspect you have a hardware issue with this iMac (that was my first instinct from reading the Kernel Panic). Is the memory all original from the factory?
I would create & use the bootable MemTest86 USB stick to check to see if any memory errors are detected.
Thankyou for your prompt reply.
attached is the photo rotated and the model of Mac
