Automated/scheduled icloud contact restoration
when i checked my gf’s contacts in i cloud, i’ve noticed that it is restored everyday with same time. Does anyone here tried this?

Yes, iCloud backups occur automatically on a schedule, but there are specific conditions:
Automatic Daily Backup
iCloud automatically backs up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch once every 24 hours, but only when all the following are true:
- The device is connected to Wi-Fi
- The device is plugged in and charging
- The device is locked
- There is enough available iCloud storage
You Can't Set a Custom Schedule
Apple doesn't allow users to set a custom time or frequency for iCloud backups. It's designed to run quietly in the background when your device is idle and meets the conditions above—typically overnight.
Manual Backup
You can trigger a backup manually at any time:
Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup > Back Up Now
