Add eSIM option missing after deleting and restarting iPhone with iOS 18.5

My eSIM wasn’t working since I updated my phone to iOS 18.5, so I deleted it and tried to add it again, it was added but the eSIM wasn’t working so I restarted the phone, after that the add eSIM option vanished
