Conflicting iCloud storage notifications and missing data

I'm constantly receiving emails stating my ICloud storage is full. I've deleted emails, linked my photos to Amazon photos and still I receive emails that I'm out of storage.

For the 1st time, I decided to actually sign in to ICloud. Here there are NO photos, no emails from my Gmail account - and it states I've only use 247MB of storage ...

I am totally confused - Help.

It's a scam. I get them all the time. If they send these out to nearly everyone in the world, thousands will click the link and give away their private data.

Here's one from a friend, but not! You should always

look at the email address of the sender to see if it makes any sense. But that doesn't always work.

NEVER click on those links!
