Using Homepods with iTunes on Win11PC for multi-room music streaming

I'm older than dirt so keep that in mind, please. About 20yrs ago I downsized and converted my lps, cassettes & cds to mp3 files so I could travel and be near my kids as the grand kids came along. I'm now in a house again and would like to be able to set up speakers in each room, allowing me to hear the music no matter what room I'm in as I once did with my analog system. I have an iPhone SE/ iOS18.5. I also still have my old iPod Touch (I believe that is what it was called - it's in a drawer somewhere). I have high speed fiberoptics internet with wireless routers.
