An alarm keeps going off at 06:35 but nothing is set.
I can’t see anywhere else that might have an alarm
set.

Check Sleep Focus and your Health app for a Sleep schedule. If there is nothing there, then it may be some other app. When the alarm goes off, have you looked at the notification for any information?
Shazbaz ~ As your iPhone 12 could be >4½ years old, it's worth checking for a weak, aging battery which can cause 'unexpected behaviours'. So...
Does your iPhone 12 still have its original battery?
And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Thank you. Battery capacity is85% so maybe that’s the cause. It went off again this morning. Have checked all apps and nothing shows. I’ve completely shut the phone down and hope this might do the trick. I am now retired so the last thing I need is a 6:35 alarm!!!
Can’t see anything there about the battery. As far as I’m aware it is the original.
