Iq-institute claimed that the test was a one-time, small payment, but after receiving my results, I was charged an additional €40. There was no mention of this extra charge anywhere, and it feels like I’ve been misled. I tried to contact customer service to ask about the charge, but I never got a response. It’s very frustrating, thought I’d share what happened to me — maybe it’ll be useful to others.

Even if the test results were decent (which they weren’t), the billing experience cancels everything out. The charge appeared without any interaction from me, and I didn’t even receive an email about it. Next time I’ll be more careful, I just wanted to take an IQ test, but ended up feeling disappointed.

I sent three messages to their “support” and haven’t gotten a single response.
They don’t notify you about the charge, which is quite strange, considering the amount that was charged.
