Family Sharing not showing or allowing my kids to join on iPhone

My 2 kids used to be on family sharing, I invited them to join the group again as for some reason they stopped appearing in family sharing and when they click on the invite that I sent them it says they are already members but they do not appear on my family sharing. It just sits on my phone as they have been invited. I can no longer control their screen time. Please help.

Did you leave a previous Family Group you were in with them by any chance?

On their devices, who does it say is their Family Organizer in Settings ➜ Family?

They may be part of a different family group to yours.

They have always been apart of mine as I have managed screen time, they are my kids. For whatever reason they didn’t appear on family group and now I can’t get them back on. Actually my daughter that is now 18 I took off bc he screen time wasn’t calculating correctly on her phone so now when I try to add her back it says she is already a member. My sons just stopped appearing on family sharing, the same thing is said when he goes to accept my invitation to join the group again.
