Cannot connect to the internet whilst using NordVPN on Macbook Air M4

Having installed NordVPN on my MacBook Air M4, I find that when I am connected to a NordVPN server, I cannot access any internet sites from my MacBook. NordVPN is installed on my iPhone 16e and I do not have the same problem.

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 15.5

Uninstall NordVPN and all other third party apps that claim to protect, clean, manage, etc. Such third party apps use system resources while providing no benefit. And, they may cause problems.

NordVPN is frequently mentioned as one the better Commercial VPNs


Though I see very little need for a false sense of Security


Yes, sometimes we what to access things that are Regional Specific and a VPN maybe the only workaround


Though we do run up against other matters that preclude access.


They may not be what one believes they are doing for the computer and what they actually are doing behind the scenes 


They may also reduce you Internet Speeds by upwards of 30%
