system data clogging my startup drive
"system data" files are eating up a huge part of my drive. Is a Genius Bar appointment my best shot?

What size is your drive and how much is being used by system data? This is an issue with many users (search this forum) and it is difficult to control. If after doing all to reduce your storage use you can as a last resort erase your drive and start over which will reduce that number. I doubt going to the Genius Bar will help but you can try.
