Options for an out of warranty iPhone 13 with a green vertical line on screen

Your options are:

1. Pay Apple or an authorized Apple Service Provider for the repair.
2. Buy a new phone.
3. Use Apple's self repair option (not recommended. You won't save a significant amount of money and may end up destroying the device)
4. Attempt to repair it yourself or take it to an unauthorized shop. (not recommended) This will forfeit all rights to service or support from Apple and will probably result in the complete loss of Face ID as unauthorized shops do not have the tools required to register replacement parts and do not have legitimate access to Apple parts.
5. Live with it until it's no longer functional, then review your options again.

Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to get an estimate of repair cost. The iPhone 13 might also be due for a replacement battery.
