Unable to reinstall OnSong from my 2018 App Store purchase

In 2018 i bought OnSong. My purchases in the app store shows proof of purchase. The app developper confirms that i should be able to reinstall it from there, but the cloud sign is not seen. So i cannot reinstall it.

Purchased an iPad app compatible with Mac. it shows unpaid on macOS: I cannot redownload it. I purchased StaffPad (https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/staffpad/id1442074103?l=en-GB) on my iPad. This is the iPad's App Store link. I sent the very same link to my Mac, it takes me to the same app's page but instead of the little cloud to re-download, the price is shown. All is done towards that goal: both devices on the same account, same profile picture. I also manually search the Mac App Store to search for StaffPad and filter by device: iPadOS and same result. On my other Mac, same story. any ideas?

How do i get my purchases back on toca world with a new apple id? A long time ago i installed the app “Toca World” and sense then spent a lot of time and money on it. But there was a problem with my apple id that said that i was younger than I actually was and i wanted to fix it but the only way i could was to get a new apple id. A few weeks later I got an ipad and wanted to install toca boca on my ipad and saw a lot if videos on how to restore purchases but it didnt work for me and i tried logging in to my old apple id to see if it would work but it wouldn’t let me or would take a long time and i was scared i would glitch my ipad so i stopped. But i still have the question and would like to install it on my ipad with my purchases does anyone know how i can or if i cant?

Stupid me. I looked at the invoices, not the apps. All is working now.

The App Store only carries the most recent version of an app. A version you bought in 2018 is no longer available. The current app is OnSong 2024. The In-App purchases for this version only last for a year at most.
