Apple Watch activity started calling me UberXL to airport

Ever since I booked an UberXL a few weeks ago (scheduled ride pickup) my watch has renamed me for some reason as “UberXL to airport”. So when I wake up in the morning it says “Good morning UberXL to airport” or on my fitness activity also uses that name - I checked my Settings on my watch and my phone and nothing has changed there with regards to my name - yet this annoying name is appearing in activities. How do I fix it?
