How do I stop Safari from changing language on AirPlay?

Using Safari to airplay YouTube videos results in the language changing from English to various other languages.

I checked all the settings on the tv, Apple settings, iPad, and iPhone, and they are set to English. I tried the Edge browser and had no problem. The issue appears to be with Safari. The also doesn’t happen when using a Windows desktop top.

Others have reported this problem in the past and I’ve tried what was suggested in their posts but it doesn’t help.

I’m surprised no one else is having this issue. It doesn’t happen with all videos. Two sites I watch go into different languages every time. When I watch video card repair videos from Northridge Repair and Ward Carroll Navy videos.
