How to fix 'Restricted' error for apps with parental controls on iPhone?

I have parental controls like app limits and content restrictions on my seventeen year old's phone. However, when she attempts to open apps it shows a restricted error and will not pull up the app. Even when I turn off all restrictions on web content and app limits, it still does not work. What am I missing?

Content and privacy restrictions removing app store I just set up a child account on an iPhone and am editing the restrictions. When I select “content and privacy restrictions” then select “content and privacy restrictions” again on the next screen to have restrictions, the App Store disappears. ( the box is selected and shows green- no other further setting have been changed yet.) When I turn off “content and privacy restrictions” the App Store reappears. Obviously, I need restrictions with a child account. My other child has restrictions set up on another phone and I do NOT have a problem with the App Store disappearing. How we correct this problem?

Restricted website on child's iPad Cannot access an app that is a childs app. We just get the error message: "Restricted Site - you cannot browse this page at "localhost" because it is restricted." App restrictions not working on all apps I’ve followed all the instructions for how to make sure all restrictions are working properly on my kids phone but none have worked. 90% of the apps are properly grayed out once it hits 10pm but a handful of apps like YouTube, ESPN and brawl stars are still available. Ive checked the alllowed apps screen in settings and they are not allowed. I’ve restarted his phone several times. I’ve changed the passcode and none of it works. Please help.
