Downloaded videos on iCloud web are saving as JPG file

I tried to download a video from icloud web on my laptop, but apparently the downloaded file turned into a jpg / photo format

Download JPG from iCloud (Windows) Hello! I always downloaded photos and videos in JPG and MP4 format from iCloud. But now I can download photos only in HEIC and MOV format. Upload video MP/MP4 to iCloud I've tried to upload a video file (<2GB) to my iCloud account (50GB available) and iCloud says "wrong file type - must be JPG." I don't know if any videos in JPG format! How do I upload a video file to iCloud and circumvent the message that prohibits the upload? Thank you.
