macOS Music: how to create a playlist for a radio station

The question often gets asked here and elsewhere: how to create a playlist for a radio station in macOS Music. There's no direct method, and some older solutions no longer seem to work.

Add Radio Station to Playlist in Apple Music App Apple seems to be aggressively steering users toward picking from the radio stations they feature by not making it easy to add radio stations to a playlist -- or any kind of bookmark list. Adding A Song To Multiple Playlists A simple feature request... It would be super helpful to add a song to multiple playlists at one time in Music. Playlists are how I organize my music for listening, and if I want to add a song to several playlists, I have to do them one at a time. Unless there is a way to do this that I am missing? I sent a request to Apple, but I don't know how much attention they pay to those.
