Exported videos from Final Cut Pro freeze and lose sound after 4 minutes

Hello! I edited a 360 video in Insta360 Studio, exported the video to Final Cut Pro, added text and sounds, and exported it. Before exporting it from FCP, the video was 18.9 GB, and after exporting it, it was around 2 GB. The video works fine until about minute 4, then the image freezes and there is no sound. But the video is the same length as in the program. What could be the problem? Thanks!

Problem solved. I didn't have enough storage space. I had 50 GB available. Even though the project has 18.9 GB. Thanks for the answers. I hope it will help others too

What are the project properties? What exporting setting did you use?

Yeah, what Tom said, need specifics. Right off the top of my head, I'd say you exported as some huge, mega-high bit rate format, that's just hard for your hardware to playback. So, what Tom said, details.
