How can I reset a Mac if the employee left without the password or Apple Account?

One of my employees has left the company and didn’t provide the password for their Mac.

They also don’t have an associated Apple ID.

I need to reset the device — what information do you need from me to proceed with support?

FYI: We are not Apple. this is a user forum.

If you have a device that is activation locked and you don't have the credentials, and you were not using a management system that allows you to reset it, you will need to provide Apple with the original proof of purchase or serialized invoice to have the activation lock removed.
