Why did a strange photo appear as a contact photo

I called a friend and when the phone was ringing his contact photo was replaced by a different photo that neither of us were familiar with. Is it possible I contracted a virus?

FaceTime or Snapchat Video chat hack I think someone hacked into my phone while on a FaceTime call I noticed a new emergency contact under Son and I do not have a son. What does this mean?
