Strange apps showing up under kids parental controls

I’m trying to figure out what these strange apps are under the parental controls for my 15yo kids iPhone. I don’t see them under my 13yo’s parental controls. She has an iPhone 16, and I believe it’s updated to the newest iOS. I plan to check in the morning. They look very suspicious to me. None of them show icons like the rest of the apps. Unfortunately, there’s no way to see any more information about them and Google searching didn’t give me any help. I haven’t gone digging through the iPhone yet to see if these are actual apps on the phones, but I have to approve every App Store purchase even if it’s free, so I know she did not download any apps with these names. Has my daughter’s iPhone been hacked? And if these are legit Apple functions, why on earth are they showing up in the parental controls settings?

Those aren’t apps, but rather as Jonathan stated internal system tasks. But they should not be showing and as a result, please submit feedback to Apple below on this bug. It’s been present for quite some time.

Thank you for the screenshot.

Unrecognized Apps:

A. Open these, yourself:

Not so certain. But, taking a look at those apps' icons, they almost seem like these app are unrecognized by the App Store, or that they may be corrupt installations. So, what happens when you go about opening these app yourself?

B. View your Purchase History:

What do you see when you view your app purchase history? Go here to view it, and see if these are seen: View your Purchase History for the App Store and Other Apple Media Services - Apple Support

C. View the Browser History:

Perhaps these were not installed form the App Store, by rather from the Internet, itself. So, view the history of the Web Browser (i.e. Google), and see if anything is seen, such as a search query on a Search Engine(i.e. google.com).
