I am suddenly blocked from a shopping website I frequently use after clearing my cache

I cleared my cache because I was having trouble getting on a shopping website I frequently use. Now when I go to this site it shows "forbidden 403". When using my phone, I was able to get into the website for a few days, now on both devices, the website won't let me in.

Please review If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on Mac - Apple Support. Many of its suggestions may appear to be insultingly trivial while others are actually useful, so don't omit any.

For what it's worth that website is loading on a Mac and an iPhone that I happen to be using at the moment; both running the latest Safari versions.

“An HTTP 403 error, also known as "Forbidden," signifies that the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it, meaning you don't have permission to access the requested resource. This often stems from server-side security settings or permission issues.”

Put in the plain url for the shopping site, don’t use a link.

It is possible you are trying to pull up a page that requires you to be logged in or have a session cookie for.
