All apps file menus titles on iPad are truncated
whenever I open up a list of files names they are truncated
like when you open the Files app and have a list of names of files also when in Pages same thing

If file names are too lengthy, they cannot be displayed in a standard Files layout. Press on the file and select “Get Info” from the dropdown to see the complete name.
