How do I get a refund for unplayable songs on Apple Music?

I buy two songs and not work properly and I then I put refund request and in check claim it showing nothing and that song also not on my account and still I waitting for my refund to come to my account please resolve

Check the status of your refund here. After approval, the time it takes to receive the refund will depend on the payment method used and also noted in the Support Article seen here:

If the issue is with beta software being used, there is no support. You should expect many problems and you are simply a bug tester. Hopefully you are not using it on a primary device as that is NOT recommended. Your purchase may work fine an iOS 18.5, so removing the beta may be necessary:
