How can I fix Apple Cash ID verification loop?

Everytime I try to verify my ID, i’ll submit the final page (SSN and date of birth) and it takes me right back to “enter your name”. It’s stuck in an infinite loop and I don’t know how to get out. I tried verifying in settings and the wallet app, both the same issue.
