On your Apple Watch go to settings -> Battery -> scroll down a bit and select battery health. if the percentage is below 82% or if it says service required then you might need to take it into an apple store to get it serviced. You might also want to update the apple watch software since version 10.6.1 is a but behind as the current version supported is version 11.5
