How do I stop receiving emails from Apple Support Communities?

I signed up to be a member of the Apple community and suddenly I began receiving up to 2.500 emails from Apple support.

How do I fix this issue because I’m unable to access the navigate menu to view my subscriptions etc.

Tap the round icon in the upper right corner of this webpage, select Preferences, and scroll down to the Messages from Apple section, and tailor that to your interests.
