I have an AirPort Time Capsule 802.11ac, and I use it as a router, and a backup drive. Can I protect the data, so anyone that has access to the Wi-Fi doesn’t have access to my data.

You did set up a separate password for the Wi-Fi and hard drive on the Time Capsule.......correct?
If not......
Open AirPort Utility
Select the Time Capsule
Click Edit in the smaller window that appears
Click the Disks tab at the top of the next window
Click on the Secure Shard Disk box and select the Use Disk Password option
Enter the Password that you want to use to access the disk
Enter the same Password again to confirm
Click Update to save the new settings
Any user that wants to access data on the Time Capsule hard drive will now need to enter the Disk Password
