Can Apple India help import a certified refurbished iPad from the USA?

Apple will not export or dispatch internationally to an overseas address. Apple will also not dispatch to a known freight forwarder.

Unless you can find someone in the US who is willing to purchase on your behalf - and then privately send the package to you in India - your not be able to purchase from Apple unless you are in the country of purchase. Apple also requires that the online purchases are made using an acceptable payment method that is registered/issued within the country of purchase (e.g., for online purchases in the US, you might require a Credit Card issued in the US).

Be aware that if you do know someone willing to purchase and send the iPad to you, it must be accompanied with the correct documentation for assessment of tax import duty in India.

Contributors here are all end-users, just like you. Nobody here can assist you with your purchasing decisions - or in sourcing Apple products on your behalf.

Other than the site Moderators, Apple neither monitor nor participate here. As such, if you hope to reach Apple representatives via these forums, you will sadly be disappointed.
