iPadOS 26 beta is only available to Apple Developers. Unless you are an Apple-registered Developer - and have enrolled in the iPadOS 26 beta program - you will not be able to download or install the beta.

Apple have indicated that a Public Beta will be available next month (i.e. sometime in July). The initial production release is expected in September.

You should think very carefully before installing a beta - as by definition, these releases are unfinished, may not represent the finished version - and must be expected to be unstable and have significant issues.

If you conduct research of other threads here, you will find an overwhelming number of people attempting to return to the current production version of iPadOS 18 - and discover that they have lost files or data that they have not backed-up elsewhere.
