Did Safari change how it creates tab previews at some point?

This is minor but I feel like I have to know.


In the past, on iOS/iPadOS, if Safari was creating a tab thumbnail it would show you the page with whatever credentials you may have had associated with that site.


Now when I look at the tab previews they look..."sessionless"? As if the previews were generated from a completely naked session with no login or cookies that inherit user preferences. Sometimes this even removes stylistic elements from the preview and I just see a barebones HTML page.


It's not a BIG deal but it is something I noticed and wouldn't mind clarification on.
