I’d like to turn off the parked car notification. I’ve gone to settings > apps > maps but there is no option to turn off parked car notifications. I know this used to be an option on older iOS versions but I’m on 18.5 and the option is not there

On my iPhone 16 Pro Max, running iOS 18.5, I just opened Settings > Apps > Maps and the very last entry at the bottom of that page is Your Car - Show Parked Location. You do need to scan ALL the way down to the bottom of that settings page.
If it's not there on your settings page, is it possible you have Location Service turned off? To check, open Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > first make sure it's turned on, then go down to Maps and make sure you either have While Using checked.

I followed your instructions and I still don’t have that option. On the very bottom of the page I only have extensions: ride booking and restaurant booking and I made sure to scroll all the way down until the page bounced
I’ve tried this but it only takes me to the settings page for Apple Maps and nowhere on the page is the actual parked location toggle
If you go to Settings>Apps>Maps, scroll down and it should be the last entry there. See this screenshot from my iPhone 16 Pro Max on iOS 18.5.

Yes on both and on several vehicles. I have a couple that utilize wireless CarPlay and a couple that utilize a Bluetooth connection
